What is an industrial pipe?

All kinds of industrial pipes

Industrial pipes are divided into three groups as follows:

Seam pipes, seamless pipes and other pipes, these pipes themselves are divided into separate groups:

Sealed pipes: direct seam pipe, well wall pipe, black pipe, spiral pipe, mold pipe, scaffolding pipe, domestic gas direct seam pipe, water test direct seam pipe, API gas direct seam pipe

Seamless pipes: fleshy pipe, Manisman pipe, light seamless pipe (Manisman).

Other pipes: aluminum pipe, cast iron pipe, decorative stainless steel pipe, food industry stainless steel pipe, copper pipe, industrial stainless steel pipe, galvanized pipe, polyethylene pipe

Application of industrial pipes

Straight seam pipe

Steel sheets and welding are used to make these pipes. These pipes are widely used in various industries, they are also used in buildings as heating pipes, household gas pipes, water pipes and scaffolding pipes. It should be noted that straight seam pipes are also used in API gas pipes.

Black pipe

These pipes are one of the types of direct seam pipes that are produced from hot rolled sheet whose thickness should be 2 mm or higher and it also has very high hardness, weldability and resistance. These pipes are widely used in the transmission of city gas for domestic consumption, construction of fences and scaffolding and protection, piping of central heating facilities and air conditioning.

Well wall pipes

These pipes are produced in two types, grooved and non-grooved, in different thicknesses and diameters. The purpose of using these pipes is to prevent flooding and wall collapse in earthen wells that are very deep, and it also makes the well have a longer useful life.

Spiral tube

These pipes are produced in different sizes and thicknesses. The reason for naming these pipes is the type of rolling and spiral welding on these pipes. These pipes are used in oil and gas transmission lines and fluids that have high pressure, the reason for this application is their high strength against fluid pressure and other forces. Beautiful appearance, quick and easy installation, easy sealing, production at a lower cost and time, and the ability to be used in various industries and structures are the advantages of spiral pipes.

Mold tube

These pipes are used in water supply and oil and gas industries, and Kalup company is the producer of these pipes.

Scaffolding pipe

These pipes are used in industries and industrial structures to build scaffolding, which are made of steel and galvanized. Scaffolding pipe is a black metal pipe that is 3 or 6 meters long and is produced from black sheet.

Household direct seam pipe

These pipes are made of polyethylene or steel, which are used to transport gas in homes and various industries such as power plants, industrial sheds, petrochemicals, etc. These pipes play a very important role in urban gas supply, that's why they must have high strength and follow international standards.

Water test tube

One of the most widely used and common pipes in industries are water test pipes. These pipes are produced and marketed to transport liquids and water with neutral pH. Steel sheets are used to make these pipes and they have many uses in construction, engine houses, water piping and heaters.

API gas direct seam pipe

API pipes are one of the most important options in industrial and domestic projects, and these pipes are used when there is a need for major gas supply. Also, in the shipbuilding industry, oil and gas transmission lines, long oil and gas lines are widely used due to their low cost and in sour systems.

meaty tube

These pipes have a higher thickness than other pipes, which increases their weight and value. Their application in industrial cases, liquid transfer, petrochemical projects, machine building, water transfer over long distances, hydraulics, etc. is very abundant.

Manisman's tube

It is a type of seamless pipes, which due to the lack of welding in them, is used in parts of the industry where the seamed pipe cannot be answered. The application of these pipes is more limited than other pipes, but it has been used in sensitive industries, and due to the unique feature of this pipe, which is the absence of seams and welds and being one piece, it increases the resistance against pressure. It also has a high reliability factor. In high pressure lines, oil and gas and petrochemical lines, millimeter pipes are widely used in boilers and converters, electrical industry and steel structures.
